The LAUNCHER control environment
LAUNCHER supports compliance work in two ways: through the control environment used to provide appTRAKER, and through platform features that help lenders operationalize their own requirements.
LAUNCHER operates the appTRAKER SaaS environment in line with applicable financial-services security and privacy requirements, including those associated with GLBA and state privacy and security laws. LAUNCHER maintains a formal information-security program and has undergone annual SOC 2 examinations since 2023, with Type 2 examinations beginning in 2024, covering Security and Confidentiality.
What the Trust Center covers
The latest completed SOC 2 report and other controlled materials are available through the appropriate due-diligence process — see the Trust Center and SOC 2.
Turn policy into workflow
appTRAKER configures lender requirements directly into the application process. That can include:
The lender establishes the requirement. appTRAKER executes and records the process consistently.
TILA and Regulation Z
appTRAKER includes capabilities supporting Truth in Lending Act and Regulation Z requirements within applicable lending workflows. For applicable consumer-credit products, workflows coordinate the data, calculations, disclosures and documents needed in the origination process.
Supported compliance-calculation and document providers use mapped application data to produce applicable calculations and forms, and LAUNCHER configures the workflow and data exchange around the lender’s selected provider and product.
appTRAKER coordinates the configured process; the provider, lender and implementation determine the calculations, documents and legal use.
State and lender-specific rules
Products, pricing, documents, fees, terms, licensing, authority and funding requirements may vary by state, program, channel or business unit.
Configured rules and Form Packs select the workflow, requirements and documents that apply to the transaction. Changes move through the lender’s governance process for control, testing and approval before production use.
Credit decisions and adverse action
appTRAKER supports configurable adverse-action processes for ECOA and FCRA requirements, and preserves the application data, rule results, scores, decision history, authority and reasons associated with the credit decision.
Configured adverse-action workflow selects applicable reasons, generates or supports notices, routes required review and retains the record with the application.
The lender owns its credit policy, notices, timing and legal obligations. The platform makes the approved process repeatable and auditable.
Consent and communications
Digital applications and communication workflows capture and use configured consent information. CONNECT supports two-way SMS and email while maintaining application context and opt-out handling, and myLOAN presents applicable disclosures, authorizations and applicant actions within the configured experience.
The lender determines the language, timing, permissible channels and records required for its programs.
Documents and evidence
DOCS & FORMS supports mapped forms, Form Packs, supporting-document collection, stipulations and enabled eSign providers.
Application history keeps rules, tasks, decisions, communications and documents associated with the transaction, and access controls limit who can perform or review defined work. Compliance review gains a clearer and more consistent operating record.
Clear ownership across every integration
A bureau, calculation provider, verification service, document system, eSign platform, core and servicing system each owns a different part of the process.
LAUNCHER defines the data exchange and workflow for each integration in scope, and each provider owns its own service and related compliance or security commitments. Explore integrations and API & data exchange.
Support for vendor and compliance review
LAUNCHER responds to institution-specific RFI, TPRM, information-security, privacy, business-continuity, insurance, contract and compliance reviews. Public Trust Center content explains the program at a practical level, and controlled materials follow the vendor due-diligence process.
Put your compliance program into operation
A compliance program that lives in a binder beside the system is a program that depends on memory.
appTRAKER puts the lender’s requirements into the workflow itself — eligibility, disclosures, decision reasons, consent, documents, authority and evidence — so the approved process is the process that runs.
Configure it. Execute it. Evidence it.
