LAUNCHER.SOLUTIONS has undergone independent SOC 2® examinations annually since 2023, providing third-party assurance over the controls supporting the appTRAKER SaaS environment.

2026 — Type 2 examination cycle in progress
Launcher is currently operating within its 2026 SOC 2 Type 2 examination cycle, with ongoing control operation, evidence collection and preparation for independent examination. Security and Confidentiality.
2025 — Type 2 completed
Launcher successfully completed its 2025 Type 2 examination. The independent auditor concluded that the controls included in the examination were suitably designed and operated effectively. Security and Confidentiality.
2024 — Type 2 completed
Launcher completed its first Type 2 examination, extending independent assurance beyond control design to the operating effectiveness of controls. Security and Confidentiality.
2023 — Type 1 completed
Launcher began its SOC 2 program with a Type 1 examination evaluating whether applicable controls supporting the SaaS environment were suitably designed. Security and Confidentiality.
Assurance before SOC 2
Launcher has maintained a formal information-security program since 2017. From 2017 through 2022, the program was evaluated through various security and third-party assurance initiatives, including Experian’s EI3PA and Third Party Assurance frameworks, an Equifax external-party security assessment, and PCI DSS assessment and testing activities.
The SOC 2 program that began in 2023 continues that assurance history under a single recurring framework.
Control design and operating effectiveness
A SOC 2 Type 2 examination covers both the design of applicable controls and their operating effectiveness over the examination period.
The independent auditor evaluates whether applicable controls operate effectively over time.
Launcher has successfully completed Type 2 examinations in consecutive years, providing banks, credit unions, finance companies and other lenders with independent evidence for technology-provider due diligence and third-party risk management.
