appTRAKER DOCS is a document management system used within appTRAKER LOS that can be integrated with any indexing and scanning system giving lenders the perfect paperless solution!

  • Paperless

    DOCS is appTRAKER LOS' paperless Document Management System. Documents housed in appTRAKER DOCS have lender-defined permissions for users to access, view, and edit the documents.

  • Workflow Triggers

    DOCS can trigger lender-defined workflows as stipulations and documents are received into the system. Stipulations can be satisfied automatically, and tasks can be completed based on data received from an indexing solution.

  • Integrations

    appTRAKER DOCS allows lenders to automate their scanning processes by integrating with many document scanning and indexing vendors and solutions. DOCS is also integrated with Dealertrack DDS.

  • Document Capture

    Documents can be securely uploaded by the dealer from within the Dealer Portal. Customers may also be invited to a secure, mobile-friendly webapp which allows them to take pictures of their documents using their device's camera and upload the photos directly.

  • E-Signing

    E-sign documents sent out by appTRAKER LOS are automatically pulled into DOCS after completion of the e-signing process by all parties.
